However, we do not guarantee any type of service levels on the Mashup Developer Community. For guaranteed service levels we provide a Commercial License (see above).

Do I need a license key to use the Presto Starter Edition?
Yes. You can request a free Starter Edition License by visiting "View Your Account" section on this site and following the instructions on the Licenses tab to request a new license key.
I registered, but I don't have a license key or lost my evaluation license key. Where can I find my license ?
Login using your credentials and click on the "My License Key" link in the "My MDC Stuff" box located in the right column of the page. This will take you to the page that lists all the license keys issued to you. If you don't see the license for the latest version of Presto, you can click on "Request a new License" link in the grey menu bar in this page. This will show the list of available versions for which you can get your license key. Click on the link that matches the version you need and a license key will be generated if one has not yet been issued to you. However, if you have already been issued a license key, it will be listed on the license page as mentioned above. It is possilbe that the liccense key you have has expired as it is only valid for a certain period after it has been issued. In that case, you can contact us to request an extension license key to continue your evaluation (see below).
